What do tailor-made travel planning packages mean?
Tailor-made travel organization packages are the rates charged by MT Portugal Experience to carry out your stay.
Packages also include assistance during the trip and personalized guide.
⚠️ Packages are not the total price of your trip. You tell us the amount you want for your trip and we make it happen while respecting your budget with the packages included.
What do accompanied travel organization packages mean?
As with the tailor-made travel organization packages, the accompanied travel organization packages are the rates charged by MT Portugal Experience to carry out your stay , with the difference that it is accompanied from start to finish.
Packages include driver, guided tours, assistance, concierge service and of course the reservations of your choice.
The kilometers traveled are unlimited and included in the package, however all the costs related to the travel with our vehicle are not included, such as gasoline and tolls. The accommodation costs of your team are also to be included in your budget when it is a stay elsewhere than in the district of Leiria.
Packages are not the total price of your trip!
How do you organize your events?
Your team takes care of organizing the event of your choice by selecting the best service providers according to the desired package. MT Portugal Experience organizes and supervises the preparation of your commemoration from start to finish.
We stay in contact with you at all times to monitor the progress of the preparations together and modify at your convenience the elements that do not suit you until we obtain the result you want.
The prices of the packages correspond to the rates charged for the organization of your event by MT Portugal Experience and are not the final amount of the event. As with the rest of our services, we will make the most beautiful celebration for you according to your budget with our included packages.
Does MT Portugal Experience take care of flight tickets?
Your MT Portugal Experience team can book your flight tickets to Portugal from each country at no extra cost other than the total price of the flight tickets, provided that one or more of our services have been contracted.
This free service is offered to you without obligation and according to your requirements and preferences.


How does your reservation work at MT Portugal Experience?
If you are interested in one or more of our services , you can contact us using the various forms available, by email or by telephone.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible and answer all your questions in writing or via video call.
Then, we produce a free, detailed and complete quote that can be modified at will until you are completely satisfied with your future stay in Portugal.
Once the quote is signed, validated and the invoice paid, you will receive all your reservations, guides and any other explanatory information. We will then remain at your entire disposal until the date of your departure and will take over when you arrive in Portugal.
How does the payment procedure work?
For payments for travel reservations that are more than thirty days away from the time of signing the quote, an invoice for approximately forty percent deposit is issued and due upon receipt in order to be able to pay the ares for the reservations.
A final invoice is then issued and due upon receipt thirty days before the date of your stay to settle your reservations.
For payments for travel reservations that are thirty days or less in advance of the quote being signed, a single invoice is issued and due upon receipt to guarantee the reservations as this is an imminent trip.
However, these conditions may be adapted according to the policies of certain establishments where the total payment may be required in full at the time of making the reservation.
You will of course be immediately informed of any exceptional payment conditions by your team at the time of making your reservations and appropriate solutions will be put in place to meet all your expectations. Regarding airline tickets, these must be paid at the time of booking according to the operating policies of the airlines.
What happens if I have to cancel my trip?
If you have to cancel your trip before your departure and our multi-assistance insurance has not been taken out, we cannot guarantee the refund of your reservations. In addition, the rates we charge for our services will not be refunded to you. If only the deposit has been paid, the balance of the payment for your reservations is not due.
In the event that you have subscribed to our multi-assistance insurance and you have to cancel your trip before your departure, the amounts including the rates for our services that you have paid will be refunded to you for any valid reason and at any time according to the policy in force of our partner insurer.

How am I covered with multi-assistance insurance?
In addition to the travel cancellation coverage which guarantees you a refund for 43 different reasons, you benefit from 45 coverages during your stay in Portugal with the multi-assistance insurance.
This optional insurance covers, among other things, your lost luggage, protects you in the event of hospitalization, reimburses your medical expenses and provides you with repatriation to your country if necessary.
We bill you directly for the amount to be paid for your multi-assistance insurance and we also take care of the steps to be taken in the event that it should be used.
