What do tailor-made travel planning packages mean?
Organization packages are the rates charged by MT Portugal Experience to design and plan your fully personalized stay in Portugal, based on your wishes and budget.
These packages cover:
the creation of a tailor-made travel offer,
research and reservation of necessary services (accommodation, transport, activities, etc.),
a personalized travel guide,
and assistance during your stay.
Packages also include travel assistance and a personalized guide.

The final cost will depend on your budget, which you define freely. We organize your trip while respecting your budget , adding our organization package. The process begins with a free quote to validate, including the package for the organization of your trip. Once this quote is returned signed and validated, we begin the preparation of your travel offer.
What do accompanied travel organization packages mean?
The escorted travel organization packages correspond to the fees applied by MT Portugal Experience for the complete design of your stay, with the support of a member of our team from start to finish.
They include:
the organization of your tailor-made itinerary,
a dedicated driver-escort,
our private guided tours,
personalized assistance and concierge service,
as well as all desired reservations (accommodation, activities, restaurants, etc.).
Kilometers are unlimited and included , but travel-related expenses (gas, tolls) remain your responsibility. For stays outside the Leiria district, the accommodation costs of the accompanying person must also be included in your budget.

When you request, a personalized quote will be sent to you.
It contains a summary of your project, your overall budget , and the amount of our organizational package. This quote must be validated and returned signed to begin the complete creation of your stay offer.
How do you organize your events?
Your team will take care of organizing the event of your choice by selecting the best service providers based on the desired package. MT Portugal Experience organizes and oversees the preparation of your celebration from start to finish.
We stay in contact with you at all times to monitor the progress of the preparations together and modify at your convenience the elements that do not suit you until we obtain the result you want.
Package prices correspond to the rates charged by MT Portugal Experience for organizing your event and are not the final amount. As with the rest of our services, we will create the most beautiful celebration for you, according to your budget, with our included packages.
Does MT Portugal Experience take care of flight tickets?
Your MT Portugal Experience team can book your flight tickets to Portugal from each country at no extra cost other than the total price of the flight tickets, provided that one or more of our services have been contracted.
This free service is offered to you without obligation and according to your requirements and preferences.
How does your reservation work at MT Portugal Experience?
If you are interested in one or more of our services, you can contact us via our online forms, by email or by telephone.
We study your request and discuss with you to fully understand your expectations (in writing or during a video call, if you wish).
We will then send you a personalized quote including:
the summary of your request,
your overall budget,
the amount of our organizational package included in this budget.
This quote must be validated and returned signed so that we can begin creating your stay offer.
Once this quote has been validated, we will design your personalized travel offer, which can be fully modified at will until final validation.
Upon validation of the offer, we will send you a deposit invoice (if the departure date is more than 30 days away) or a simple invoice (if the departure is in less than 30 days), corresponding to the total amount of the services booked. Payment is due upon receipt.
You will then receive all the documents necessary for your trip (reservations, guides, practical information), and we remain at your disposal until your arrival in Portugal.
How does the payment procedure work?
For payments for travel reservations that are more than thirty days away from the time of signing the quote, an invoice for approximately forty percent deposit is issued and due upon receipt in order to be able to pay the ares for the reservations.
A final invoice is then issued and due upon receipt thirty days before the date of your stay to settle your reservations.
For payments for travel reservations that are thirty days or less in advance of the quote being signed, a single invoice is issued and due upon receipt to guarantee the reservations as this is an imminent trip.
However, these conditions may be adapted according to the policies of certain establishments where the total payment may be required in full at the time of making the reservation.
You will of course be immediately informed of any exceptional payment conditions by your team at the time of making your reservations and appropriate solutions will be put in place to meet all your expectations. Regarding airline tickets, these must be paid at the time of booking according to the operating policies of the airlines.
What happens if I have to cancel my trip?
If you have to cancel your trip before your departure and our multi-assistance insurance has not been taken out, we cannot guarantee the refund of your reservations. In addition, the rates we charge for our services will not be refunded to you. If only the deposit has been paid, the balance of the payment for your reservations is not due.
In the event that you have subscribed to our multi-assistance insurance and you have to cancel your trip before your departure, the amounts including the rates for our services that you have paid will be refunded to you for any valid reason and at any time according to the policy in force of our partner insurer.

How am I covered with multi-assistance insurance?
In addition to the travel cancellation coverage which guarantees you a refund for 43 different reasons, you benefit from 45 coverages during your stay in Portugal with the multi-assistance insurance.
This optional insurance covers, among other things, your lost luggage, protects you in the event of hospitalization, reimburses your medical expenses and provides you with repatriation to your country if necessary.
We bill you directly for the amount to be paid for your multi-assistance insurance and we also take care of the steps to be taken in the event that it should be used.
