Contracting one or more services
From the moment a quote is returned signed or an explicit written confirmation is sent to the MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA team, this means that:
• the customer validates the preparation of the personalized travel offer,
• he acknowledges and accepts the amount of the organizational package indicated in the quote,
• and he undertakes to pay at least 50% of this package in the event of cancellation on his part after signing, as compensation for the design work undertaken.
Creation of the travel offer
Upon receipt of the signed quote, the MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA team will proceed to create your personalized stay offer.
This offer includes all the services proposed according to your wishes (accommodation, visits, activities, transport, etc.) as well as a complete itinerary, modifiable at will until final validation.
It will be sent to you within a reasonable time, taking into account the complexity of your request.
Once your travel offer has been validated, the team will send you the corresponding invoice in order to make the reservations necessary to organize your stay.
Payment of invoices
Each invoice issued is due upon receipt and payment is made by bank transfer using the details provided.
A deposit of fifty percent of the total amount is charged upon receipt of the signed quote. A balance invoice is sent two weeks before departure to finalize your reservations.
In case of late service contract (two weeks or less before departure) full payment is required and only one invoice will be sent to you
In case of non-payment, MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA reserves the right to cancel any contracted service.
Cancellation before departure
If no cancellation insurance has been taken out and the trip is cancelled for any reason and at any time before your departure, the amounts paid that were used to make reservations as well as the fees of MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA will not be refunded to you.
If cancellation insurance has been taken out and your trip is cancelled for any reason and at any time before your departure, the total amount including the fees of MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA will be refunded to you.
If your trip is cancelled by MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA before your departure due to force majeure or unforeseen events, the total amount you paid including fees will be refunded to you whether you have taken out cancellation insurance or not.
Communication and sending of elements
The MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA team, feeling concerned about ecology and the impacts of global warming, has decided to minimize as much as possible the use of paper and any other form of manual communication that has a negative effect on the environment.
Therefore, nothing is printed and sent by mail and no paper document is kept in its physical form by MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA
All communication is done either by phone or email and all sending of items by the team such as letters, quotes, invoices as well as receipts and confirmations of your bookings is done by email.
Remote and on-site assistance
As part of a tailor-made trip, the MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA team provides you with ongoing assistance that it may decide to provide remotely or on-site depending on its availability and the request in question.
As part of an accompanied trip, the MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE team is at your disposal in person throughout the trip and will assist you with any request or need.
However, MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA reserves the right to provide any assistance for requests that it considers illegitimate or immoral.
Responsibilities
MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA guarantees the complete truthfulness of all elements present on this website, certifies that the sale of its services are in conformity in all respects with their description and undertakes to organize each service contract according to the expectations and the communicated budget.
Each person contracting one or more of the services of MT PORTUGAL EXPERIENCE UNIPESSOAL LDA is responsible for the validity of their travel documents and for complying with the laws and regulations in force in Portugal.
Disputes
